A creative spirit and a lover of stories in every form, I write across a variety of genres, from whimsical children’s adventures to dark mysteries, all fueled by a deep connection to nature, music, and the human experience. Whether it’s exploring the wonders of friendship in “The Adventures of Ryder and Mason”, unraveling secrets in “The Case of the Vanishing Mustang”, or diving into the gothic intrigue of “Shadows of the Eternal Night”, my work is shaped by both personal passion and a love for the unexpected twists in life.
I am an Autism Mom, vegan, a single mom of 5 kiddos (3 teenagers and twin 5-year-olds), and an unapologetic leftist who infuses each story with both heart and a sense of social justice. When I’m not writing, I’m likely enjoying family, exploring the world around me, watching some of my favorite shows and sports (Fight On!), cooking up new recipes, loving natur and all the wonderful creatures in it (except snakes, they’re not enjoyable for anyone), or soaking in the beauty of the world around me. My fiction reflects not just my interests, but the complexity and wonder I find in both the natural world and human connections.
When not delving into fiction, you’ll find me working in HR or considering the next non-fiction project—whether that’s a politically charged reflection, an exploration of sustainableliving, or perhaps a cookbook.
